Dato’ Sri Eddie Chong Wei Chuan

Dato’ Sri Eddie Chong Wei Chuan was appointed as Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 17 November 2020 and was subsequently re-designated as Deputy Executive Chairman on 15 June 2021.
Dato’ Sri Eddie Chong is an entrepreneur who began his career involving with Fintech. By 2017, he started X Infinity which developed X-Pay Blockchain and X-Pay wallet. X-Pay’s transaction speed is 100,000 TPS (Transaction Per Second). With its fast transaction speed, X-Pay supports multiple digital assets and serves as a digital payment platform.
Under Dato’ Sri Eddie Chong’s leadership, X Infinity has received numerous international awards and recognitions, including “Most Innovative Investor 2020” by CBERI (China Brand Economy Research Institute), “Most Influential Technology Innovator 2019” in Beijing Global CEO New Year’s Summit, “Most Outstanding Blockchain Leader 2019” by Shaanxi Blockchain Association, “Asia’s Most Influential E-Commerce Award 2019” by GNS, “The Best Crypto Wallet 2018” by Satoshi United and “Best E-Commerce Fintech 2018” during the 2ND Brilliant Achievements of Outstanding Award 2018 event by GNS. Besides, Dato’ Sri Eddie Chong’s experiences in business management and fintech gained him a lot of local and international media exposure, including interviews on CITYPlus FM and 988 Radio Station.
Eddie Chong Wei Chuan

Eddie Chong Wei Chuan, was appointed as Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 7th September 2022 and was subsequently re-designated as Joint Managing Director on 21st November 2022. On 23 February 2023, Eddie Chong has re-designated to a new position as Managing Director.
Eddie Chong is an entrepreneur which began his career involving with Fintech. By 2017, he founded X-Pay & started X Infinity group which developed X Infinity Blockchain and X-Pay wallet. X-Pay with its fast transaction speed supports multiple cryptocurrencies and serve as a digital payment platform.
He has led X Infinity group to be awarded “Best E-Commerce Fintech” during the International E-Commerce Digital award 2018 event by GNS.
Under his leadership, he has led X Infinity to many other awards; “The Best Crypto Wallet 2018” by Satoshi United, GNS Asia’s Most Influential E-Commerce Award 2019, “Most Influential Technology Innovator 2019” in Global CEO summit, “Most Innovative Investor 2020” by CBERI-China Brand Economy Research Institute, “Best Intelligent Figures Outstanding Leadership Excellence Award 2021” by Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara (MTPN), “ASEAN Chinese Enterprise Excellence Award (Fintech) 2022” and “ASEAN Chinese Outstanding Award (Fintech) 2022” by ASEAN Chinese Book of Records and Awards.
Ng Yeng Yeng

Ms Ng Yeng Yeng was appointed as Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 8th September 2022.
Ms Ng Yeng Yeng graduated from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman with a Bachelor of Communication (Honours) Advertising in 2009.
After graduation, she started her career with Pen Ads (M) Sdn. Bhd. as graphic designer. She left Pen Ads (M) Sdn. Bhd. in 2012 and join Broncos Worldwide Sdn. Bhd. She then left to join G Hotel Penang in 2015.
In 2017, after 7 years as graphic designer gaining invaluable experience in designing for clients and also managing, fostering and building client relationships, she joined Four Points by Sheraton Penang Hotel as marketing communications (Marcom) officer and was subsequently promoted as Marcom Assistant Manager handling the public relations and business communication with the media of the hotel. She then left Four Points by Sheraton Penang Hotel in 2018.
Dennis Chung Vui Ming

Dennis Chung was appointed as Executive Director of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 13 March 2018 and was subsequently re-designated as Group Managing Director and Joint Managing Director on 21 February 2019 and 15 June 2021 respectively. Dennis Chung has now re-designated to a new position as Deputy Managing Director on 23 February 2023. He will be tasked with devising future corporate strategies for growth and enhancing shareholders values.
Mr. Dennis Chung began his career working in family business, travel, insurance and finance in 1992, after returning with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Administration and Economics in England. He left the family business in 2000 to pursue his own personal challenges, including working for a Local Investment Bank from 2003 to 2006.
In 2006, he left the banking industry to pursue new business opportunities that involved sustainable waste recovery technology in conjunction with palm oil refinery until 2008.
From 2009 onwards, he became a consultant for several private companies involved in as diverse business as commodities to financial services, gaining invaluable experience in areas covering credit control, finance, corporate functions and business development.
Ng Sew Wai

Mr. Ng Sew Wai was appointed as Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 23rd May 2023.
Mr. Ng Sew Wai graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Bachelor Degree (Honours) of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Instead of working in related filed, he started his career as an Account Executive in year 2010 where he was responsible to handle all the account-related matters.
In year 2013, he left and joined a GPS technology company as the Senior Finance Executive and was responsible to manage the accounts and finance matters. He was also responsible in handling the cash flow and fixed assets management.
Subsequently in 2017, he joined X Infinity technology Sdn Bhd as the Chief Financial Officer. He oversees all day-to-day operation, designing the strategies set goals, policies as well as all the financial matters. During his tenure, he streamlined financial and operational workflow and managed to cut the company’s expenses by more than 30%
In addition, he also serve as CFO of Techtants Sdn Bhd which is another IT company in year 2020, his outstanding financial skills and knowledge helped the company won the Consumers’ Choice Award 2023 and Asia Pacific Top Enterprise Award 23/24.
Tan Yen Yeow

Tan Yen Yeow was appointed as Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on1 April 2013. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
Mr. Tan began his professional career with KPMG in 1990 as an articled student under the MICPA programme. After serving for 9 years at KPMG, he left and setup his audit firm, Tan Yen Yeow & Company in 2001. He has been involved in providing professional services which include auditing, internal auditing and risk management.
Mr. Tan chairs the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and , and Nomination Committee, he is also the member of Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is actively overseeing the Group’s corporate governance matters, accounting and management functions.
Loh Seong Yew

Loh Seong Yew was appointed as Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 13 March 2018 and was subsequently re-designated as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director on 15 June 2021.
Mr. Loh is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Governance Professional. He is Practising Certificate Holder and Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Professional Member of Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIA) , Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), Member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee (ACPACC), Member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM), and Affiliate of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). He holding practicing certificate issued by Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) to act as Company Secretary as well.
He began his professional career in 2000 when he was an audit associate at Tan & Loh Chartered Accountant (Parker Randall Loh). He later was promoted to audit senior in 2001, audit supervisor in 2003, and audit manager in 2005. During his tenure in the company, he was involved in both internal and external auditing for abroad range of industries including manufacturing, retail and wholesales, construction, property development, investment, engineering, used car, tourism and etc.
In 2006, he set up his own firm, LSY & Associates, which provides professional services such as accounting, corporate secretarial, incorporation, liquidation, assurance, management consultancy, and financial planning. He later set up Total Coaching Sdn Bhd in 2015 and Total GSTaxation Sdn Bhd in 2016. Total Coaching Sdn Bhd is a company which provides full corporate advisory services including mid-shore management, sales and services tax, risk planning and etc. Total GSTaxation Sdn Bhd is a license tax agent company.
Tan Boon Wooi

Mr. Tan Boon Wooi (“Mr. Tan”) was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 24 August 2023.
Mr. Tan graduated from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy in 1994. Mr. Tan, a trained accountant and entrepreneur, commenced his career with an international accounting firm. He is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and director of several private companies in logistics, property development and business advisory.
He is also a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Technodex Bhd., a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Calvin Lau

Calvin Lau was appointed as Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 17 November 2020. After graduating with Bachelor Engineering (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering with Environmental in 2014, and subsequently completed his Master Engineering (Hons) degree in the same field in 2015 at University Of Nottingham Malaysia.
His engineering background and experience in manufacturing as well as livestream web training has gained him in valuable experiences in ensuring product quality and marketing & business development performance.
He is currently the Director of several private companies.
Seah Yee Teng

Ms Seah Yee Teng was appointed as Independent and Non Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 7th September 2022.
Ms Samantha Seah started her career as Head of Administration cum Assistant to Managing Director in Maxpine Holdings Sdn Bhd and later joined Symphony Tree Malaysia Sdn Bhd as Marketing Director. These considerable years provided a strong foundation of experience and knowledge when she was appointed Managing Director of Gbblock World Sdn. Bhd. (“GWSB”) in 2018. She is responsible in securing construction contracts for GWSB and also in the liaising with the relevant governmental authorities to obtain site labor and construction approval.
In addition, in May 2022, Ms Seah was appointed as Managing Director of Nova Millenium Sdn. Bhd. (“NMSB”). Currently, she is responsible for securing oil and gas contracts for NMSB as well as liaising and overseeing all aspects of logistics with shipping companies between the sellers and buyers.
Recently in January 2022, Ms Seah completed her Master of Corporate Law from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
Dato’ Sri Ng Shi Zhi

Dato’ Sri Ng Shi Zhi was appointed as Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 25 May 2023.
Dato’ Sri Ng is a Malaysian businessman, entrepreneur and investor. He graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts (Hons) majoring in Finance from University of Hertfordshire. Upon graduation he had dipped a toe into the banking and finance industry gaining valuable insight into the workings of the financial institutions.
Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, the entrepreneurial focus of his upbringing had a lasting impact on Dato’ Sri Ng thus prompting him to begin his path to entrepreneurship by taking over his family’s trading house business and distributor in large scale building and construction materials. Armed with invaluable real-world business experiences, Dato’ Sri Ng went on to diverge into various trades including investment in real properties, construction and property development, plantation and agriculture, creative graphic design and digital marketing etc. Today Dato’ Sri Ng is a shareholder and director in several private companies.
Tan Su Hang

Mr Tan Su Hang was appointed as Independent and Non Executive Director of the Board of Jade Marvel Group Berhad on 30th May 2023.
After graduating with Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Marketing degree in 2008, Mr Tan subsequently completed his Master of Arts in Management Studies at University of Hertfordshire in 2009.
Mr Tan began his career in a Local Financial Institution in 2010 as a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive. He was promoted as Branch Manager in 2019 and left the bank after a fulfilling thirteen years career in the bank.
He is currently the General Manager of Atlantic Capital Sdn Bhd and also consultant for few private companies.
